Location: Middlesex, UKSalary: £36,000 – £40,000

Role Overview: They are seeking a diligent and organised Document Controller to join their team in Middlesex. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting their office manager and ensuring the smooth operation of their document management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist the office manager with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Contact List Management: Update and maintain the company’s contact list.
• Document Issuance: Issue documents and drawings from the Procurement Manager, Project Manager, or Design Coordinator onto the client EDMS portal and update the relevant project document submittal register.
• Accreditations and PQQ Requests: Maintain and update company accreditations and handle PQQ requests from clients.
• Filing System Management: Maintain and update the company’s filing system to coordinate all office and site administration in line with the BMS.
• Project Preparation: Prepare and issue site folders for operational handover before each project.
• Environmental Impact Logging: Update and log all raw materials, including FSC materials of input and output in m3 (volume), onto the FSC/CO2 Environmental Impact Register.

• Proficiency in using EDMS portals and other document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry is a plus.
