Pre-Construction Document Controller

Nature & Objectives of the Job
The Pre-Construction Document Controller will be responsible as a client first responder for collation of details and distribution of document information from project award through to operational handover to the construction team. Other duties will include Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Supply Chain requirements co-ordination, supplier data base management, legislative compliance data co-ordination, and general pre-construction system management.

Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience
None required, but a knowledge of construction industry, specifications, project portals (such as Asite / Viewpoint), architectural drawing detail, and construction terminology an advantage.
