Design Coordinator – Pre-Construction

Our client is a leading main contractor and they have an immediate requirement for a Design Coordinator to work out of their Kent office on a freelance contract basis for a minimum of 3 months. As a Design Coordinator you will work alongside a Design Manager on a current Bid for a £30m+ Education project.

For this Design Coordinator role, you will have been a Design Coordinator for a main contracting company specifically working on education projects and will have pre-construction experience and have knowledge of the Bid process. If you have had education framework experience it would be advantageous.
