Commerciality
Deliver and maintain an elevated customer experience within the store environment
Implement the Ralph Lauren ways of working and selling culture to maximise sales and profitability
Develop and monitor key metrics that drive the business plan
Keep up to date with competitor activity

Operations
Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
Lead floor recovery, ensuring price and size integrity
Manage and maintain a safe work environment for customers and employees by complying with all company policies and procedures

Skills & Knowledge
Managed a team of 10 or more
2 strategic cycles in a department manager or assistant manager environment
Energetic, passionate and results driven
Experienced leader having previously worked in a fast-paced retail environment
Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £34,000.00 per year
