My Client are a manufacturer and distributor of high-end household systems, ultimately shipping finished goods to their UK & Ireland customers.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Demand Manager due to their existing manager immigrating.

The Demand Manager will manage a team of two demand planners and will take a developmental and nurturing approach to further developing their experience.

The company enjoys the benefit of fully integrated demand planning, sales planning and inventory systems that all communicate with each other. The sales systems pulls the data through to the inventory system which then does much of the analysis in regards to demand forecasting. There is a need for manual planning for new product introduction, end of life products through to company promotions.

You will be the Demand Manager of 6500 SKUs (1500 of these are the core SKUs).

As Demand Manager you will participate in S&OPs meetings to fully understand business requirements and communicate demand back to the business.

The business are growing and are continuing to invest in the company, with an upgrade to the current demand planning system already budgeted for. This is an environment of continuous improvement and having someone who can spot ways of improving on the status-quo will be fantastic.
