Day Mobile Co-ordinator
Location: Greenwich Head Office and Ashford Head Office
Hours / Days: Monday Friday days; (Apply online only) hours (however, this may vary depending on the operational need.)
Pay Rate: 30,500 per annum plus bonus based on profit to be agreed

Our client are a significant company in the Facilities Management world and are built up of a number of operating companies who are specialists in either their service line and/or geographic location across the UK.
Job Purpose:
An experienced individual with strong knowledge of the Security Industry. The position requires a flexible approach to meet the fluctuating demands of the business. The position requires close communication with the Mobile Team, Control Room, and Clients.
My client is a 24 hour business, with our Mobile Security Services being a big part of the operation. Ensuring that lock and unlock, mobile patrols and alarm responses are responded to in a timely and professional manner is a key role for the Mobile Services. It is imperative that the Mobile Team runs smoothly for the success of the business.
The Day Mobile Co-ordinator will be responsible for dealing with any Client queries and dealing with all requests during the day for lock, unlock, VPI, alarm activations and additional requests in Kent and London. They also must report to the Mobile Operations Director regarding any issues with staff carrying out their role as required and are pro-active in their duties.

The Day Mobile Co-ordinator reports to the Mobile Operations Director. The Day Mobile Co-ordinator needs to be able to work on their own.
The post requires a high level of discretion in the handling of confidential matters and the ability to maintain complete confidentiality on the content of the Company business, personnel issues.
