Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Damp & Mould Surveyor. The Ideal Damp & Mould Surveyor should have experience in day to day surveying.

You will be responsible for managing your own workload and holding a substantial influence within the Repairs Team. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and share your skills.

As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you will be required to visit and inspect residential properties and identify and diagnose defects and repair solutions for damp and condensation. This job will involve liaising with tenants, preparing schedules for repairs, budgets and cost control as well as obtaining quotes for repairs.

Key Skills

• Coherent with the Party Wall Act 1996
• Damp and Mould investigating
• Experience in stock condition surveying
• 5 years experience in residential surveying
• Customer satisfaction focused
• Broad experience of working in an office environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of judgement
• Good problem solving skills
