Job Title: Customer Service
Salary: Up to 24,500
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Mon – Fri 9 am – 5.30 pm (work 1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am- 2 pm)

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls from policyholders, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Complete general admin tasks, inputting data and manage a busy inbox.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Update policyholder details in the system.
