CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR / Technical Department
8-5pm – Monday-Friday + 1/3 Saturdays 9-4pm
£25,000 per annum basic + performance bonus/commission monthly= £30 – 32,000 per annum

Are you an experienced customer service advisor who enjoys going the extra mile for people and can manage a high volume of inbound calls? Are you able to troubleshoot on the phone and communicate with customers?
Are you looking to join a well established team who can train and develop your skills while working closely in the customer service team?
This role may be for you.
The role will entail providing consumer technical and customer service issues on the telephone, either giving advice or taking appropriate action as required.
We are looking for a well organised individual who can recognise urgency and prioritise as necessary who has proven Customer Service skills.
Full training on the company’s processes and system will be provided and you will be working within a supportive busy team, however it is desirable that you have solid customer service experience within this field or similar, and the ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls.
