Looking for extra income? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Manpower’s esteemed client, known for providing the quickest, easiest, and most eco-friendly way to cross the Channel (Folkestone to Calais in just 35 minutes), is seeking talented individuals with a passion for Customer Service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information and support to our valued customers.
• Distribute drinks, food, and vouchers as needed to enhance customer experience.

Person Specific:

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow procedures.

We are looking for flexible individuals available on-call during our busiest periods, typically school holidays (Thursday – Monday).

Location: CT18 8XX (Must be reachable within 30 minutes of call-out).

Training:

• Two days of paid training covering customer service, product, and procedural training.

On-Call Shifts:

• 08:00 – 20:00 or 20:00 – 08:00.
• Each on-call shift pays 75.

On-Site Pay Rates:

• 08:00 – 20:00: 12.50 per hour.
• 20:00 – 08:00: 15.00 per hour.
• Four-hour minimum pay guaranteed if called to site.
