We are currently seeking a Customer Advisor to join one of a clients, a logistics company, based in West Malling. This is a great opportunity for someone who has customer service experience within a similar role and someone who enjoys a challenge.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service, dealing professionally and efficiently with incoming UK orders, queries and complaints
Be the first point of contact for a range of different customers
Understand and support new business initiatives
Communicate and co-ordinate with the customer, 3rd parties and internal departments
Manage the systems and ensuring records are kept up to date
The ideal candidate:
Will have experience within a similar customer services role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Effective department worker
Ability to use systems effectively
