Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Courier Operations Clerk for a busy Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Ashford, Middlesex area.

Duties:-

• Assisting with all courier operations
• Keeping an excel spreadsheet of orders
• Stocktaking end of each month
• Picking and packing orders
• Dealing with constant online orders
• Raising house AWB using the in house system courier navigator
• Tracking the shipments and updating clients
• Speak to clients and take orders over the phone
• Giving out quotes for specific shipments

Experience Required:-

• Courier operations
• Excellent Verbal and Written comms skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic IT skills
• Able to use own initiative

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
