Fantastic new position looking for an experienced coordinator to join a global investment firm based in Mayfair to cover a Maternity contract.

As coordinator you will be supporting the EMEA Distribution team, it’s a super multi-faceted role requiring a candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a coordinator within financial services. This role covers a variety of responsibilities from sales support to client services, project management and administration. This is a busy role with a lot of responsibility, so we are looking for a real problem solver. You must have outstanding organisational and communication skills and be able to multitask with high attention to detail. You must be educated to degree level or equivalent.

There are four main areas of responsibility:

• Client Support – handling onboarding for new clients, providing service to all clients for any reporting and operational needs. Sales Support – liaising with different departments, following up with prospects and providing support to RM’s as well as getting involved with events and meetings. Research – leading the research process to identify new targets and manage their journey while gathering data on an ongoing basis. As well as producing prep notes for road shows and providing support where necessary. Administrative Support – preparing materials for client and prospect meetings, calender management, meeting scheduling as well as managing the roadshow coordination with colleagues in the US and handling all logistics planning, expenses and maintaining the CRM database ensuring all details are properly documented and updated.

As this is a maternity cover, we are looking for candidates available immediately to start from August 2024 for a full handover through to October 2025. You will be based in beautiful offices in Mayfair, there is a great culture within the company as well as a support network with other coordinators working alongside you. This is a hybrid position working in the office from Tuesday to Thursday with Monday and Fridays working from home. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm.
