About Our Client
Our client is a well-established high street law firm seeking a full-time Conveyancer to be based in their Wendover office, with consideration for their Aylesbury office. The successful candidate will have a cheery and engaging personality with initiative and be someone who is organised and calm under pressure.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a demanding and varied caseload, handling all types of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. The role requires managing matters from initial instructions through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Managing matters from initial instructions through to exchange and completion
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with local clients
• Networking effectively within the local area
• Meeting targets and maintaining a high standard of work

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience, either as a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Local residency or familiarity with the area is an advantage
• Experience running your own caseload
• Ability and desire to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and team-working skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Good local business contacts or a following would be an advantage
