Citi Recruit is working in partnership with one of the country’s leading Construction and Maintenance companies to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified Contracts Manager to join their team based in Dartford overseeing works on a variety of new build contracts in the south east area including residential projects and new build schools. The typical construction value of the projects is between £10m to £22m.

You will be numerate, organised, analytical, with good leadership skills, a hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on similar projects within a similar industry sector. You will have extensive knowledge, experience and qualifications as a Contract Manager. As part of this varied and challenging role, you will be professionally responsible for the complete Contract Management on a variety of projects looking after between 3-5 sites predominantly new build residential projects. You will need to have excellent communication skills be able to determine/advise on scheme briefs, budgets, timescales and logistics.
