About the role of Contract Manager:

Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across Bristol and the South West for the leading residential developer.

Overseeing multiple traditional build housing schemes, ranging from 50 to 250+ units. Managing a team of multiple Project and Site Managers to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.

Responsibilities for Contract Managers

• Manage a team of around to 8 Senior Managers.
• Helping to implement new procedures
• Overseeing multiple sites.
• Liaising with clients

Requirements for Project Manager:

• Worked on multiple large residential schemes.
• Taken projects from planning to handover.
• Good Man Management skills.
