Salary £40,000 – £50,000 + Car & Package

* Are you a Contracts Manager with experience of managing Timber Frame Contracts?

I am looking for a Contracts Manager to join a thriving timber frame company that design, manufacturer and install on multiple projects in the South East.

Experience with a timber frame manufacturer is essential!

Skills and Qualifications:

* Able to run multiple sites

* Liaising directly with clients

* Procurement of sub-contractors

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

* HND/HNC/Degree Level in Construction Management (desirable not essential)
