I am looking for a Clerk Of Works to join a large social housing provider in the West Midlands. The Clerk Of Works will be responsible for carrying out handovers on planned maintenance schemes. This is an office based position with business mileage.

Clerk Of Works duties:

• Carry out handovers in line with the organisations checklists
• Ensure all the work has been carried out to a high standard
• Oversee final inspections of planned maintenance programmes

What is required for the role:

• Experience carrying out post inspections on planned maintenance programmes
• Social housing experience
