Construction Manager – Project Manager (Groundworks and Construction)
Mixture of Groundworks and Fit Out / Building projects on multiple sites across the West Midlands.

This Construction Manager role is ideal for someone that has worked in both the groundworks and fit out markets, or the groundworks and residential markets as this Construction Manager role will be looking after a mixture of types of projects that cover both sectors.

60,000 – 70,000 salary

Duties Include: Construction Manager
Taking construction drawings after winning the project to ensure a successful build phase and handover
Planning and programming of all jobs
Materials scheduling
Handling manpower and any subcontractors
Regular communication with the client
Looking after live jobs
Managing either 1 large scheme (circa 500k) or/and multiple much smaller projects
