Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience in high-end residential construction, ideally with a background in managing luxury or bespoke projects.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple complex projects, from design through to completion.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward a shared vision.
• Strong client management skills, capable of building trust and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
