As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will:

• Provide care and manage symptoms for patients with mental health conditions.
• Build therapeutic relationships and offer crisis intervention.
• Liaise with doctors, social workers, and other professionals.
• Interact with patients’ families, offering advice and information.
• Prepare and maintain patient records, care plans, and risk assessments.
• Lead a staff team during patient conveyance or therapeutic observational service.
• Ensure proper handover of patient details and report incidents promptly.
• Assist in policy compliance and attend necessary training and meetings.

• A current valid NMC Pin
• Excellent written and communication skills

• A valid Enhanced DBS or on the update service
• A full UK Driving Licence (no provisional licences)
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 3 years UK employment history
