Due to the acquisition of a large prestigious contract in South East London, my client, a successful UKAS accredited Environmental Consultancy, are seeking 2 x quality driven Commercial Asbestos Surveyor’s to join their growing team.

The successful Commercial Asbestos Surveyor will be BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified (additional BOHS P403 & P404 highly desirable) and have a minimum of three years’ experience carrying out asbestos surveys on various domestic, commercial and industrial sites. This is a field based role so a full UK driving license is a must along with the flexibility to complete occasional out of hours/weekend work.

As a Commercial Asbestos Surveyor, you will be required to undertake Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys, carry out bulk sampling, report on your findings through comprehensive reports and deliver an excellent and professional service to the company’s clients at all times.

Essential Requirements:

• BOHS P402/RSPH3 certification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in asbestos surveying
• Good understanding of current UKAS legislation and practises
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Good IT and numeracy skills
• Flexible approach to out of hours/weekend work that may be required
