Class 1 personnel Ltd are looking to recruit an Client Represenative Coordinator for one of our clients based at Heathrow.
The role ( Client Representative Coordinator )will be based in Hounslow and will be tasked to act as a main point of contact between the employer and employees.

Job Description
The Client Representative Coordinator will asist a diverse team of workers with any queries or comments while also offering support to the employer with any communication issues. They ensure effective support through engagement and communication with stakeholders and delivering operational excellence and first class service for our customers and partners while reparing adequate handover to shift managers, brief on time changes. Working with transport department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircrafts. You will be communicating and working closely with Shift managers on airside to confirm all delivered goods to flights are correct.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Client Representative Coordinator role will have relevant experience of excellent customer service skills and working Airside.
You’ll also need experience of the ability to work calmly under pressure as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills.

In addition, you’ll need the following:
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– A flexible attitude and a team player
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
– previous experience, maybe a similar role
– Able to work as part of a team
– Well presented
– Able to provide 5 years work history (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)
– Prepared to undergo a UK criminal check
– Flexible
For the Client Representative Coordinator, All applicants must have the right to work in the UK, undertake a CRC (Criminal Record Check) and provide 5 years of checkable referencing history. For anytime spent outside the UK exceeding 6 months, you must be able to provide a CRC (Criminal Record Check) for that country.

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to 13.50 per hour
Overtime: available during peak periods
