Role: NHS Cleaning Supervisor
Rate: £11 – £13 per hour
Location: Norwich
Hours available: Day & Afternoon shifts – 6 days some week and 4 days another week

Randstad CPE are currently working alongside the NHS in Norwich who are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor to join them ASAP. The role will start off on a contract basis and for the right person, there might be the opportunity for it to become permanent. As a Hospital Cleaning Supervisor for the NHS you will be expected to –
Manage the team of cleaners
Organise rota’s
Carry out ad-hoc duties as required by your manager
Have your own and the publics health and safety as your top priorityRequirements for the Hospital Cleaner role –
Experience of deep and thorough cleaning
Experience of managing a team of staff
Experience of organising shifts
Ordering equipment
Carrying out training for new members of staff
Hardworking and be able to work on your own initiative
Be able to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
