Flux Consulting have partnered with a well-respected and growing architectural firm who are seeking an ambitious and skilled individual to join the team. We require a Chartered Town Planner with a minimum of 3 years of experience, looking for an opportunity to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities of this role include;

• Providing expert planning advice and guidance on a variety of projects.
• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
• Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development and execution of strategic planning initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• RTPI Chartered Status is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in town planning.
• Ambition and drive to progress within the company, with a willingness to take on management responsibilities in the future.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
