Responsibilities as a Category Manager:

• One of your key tasks analysing and reviewing key customer commercial activities leading own brand innovation ranges, using this to identify customer – specific opportunities.
• You’ll manage category spend and support the development of best-in-class ways of working, driving ROI and shopper measures both internally and externally.
• As the new Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their category vision and driving growth with their key customers.
• Leveraging data and analytics, you’ll provide the insights, identify opportunities and develop tailored category development plans that drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Your strategic insights along with your passion will shape our product offerings, influence shopper behaviour, and ensure we meet industry standards.

Experience required for the Category Manager role:

• You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced consumer centric environment and have previous category experience, with proficiency in data and trends analysis and a desire to develop skills in wider marketing.
• Ideally you will be passionate about food and just as passionate about nurturing the relationships with your customers and colleagues a like, being a collaborative team player with the ability to influence colleagues.
