Monday to Friday 8am 4:30pm (some flexibility)

Duties of the successful Category Manager will involve:

• Develop and nurture long standing supplier relationships and maximise shelf space within the category
• Supplier development, management & compliance
• Develop KPIs for the business unit fully aligned with Company Objectives
• Drive cash margin growth across the product portfolio full P&L responsibility
• Working collaboratively with relevant departments to ensure seamless processes

Required experience & characteristics of the successful Category Manager

• At least 1 years experience working as a Category Manager within the FMCG/pharma manufacturing space or food growing / agricultural arena
• Live within commutable distance to Andover
• Driven, organised and enthusiastic
