What you’lldo

RotaManagement

• Scheduleweekly care visits promptly to ensure continuity for clients andCare Professionals.
• Deploy new CareProfessionals to clients within two weeks ofhire.
• Create and manage monthly rotas inadvance to minimize agency use and provide clearcommunication.
• Ensure rota changes arecommunicated by Thursday of the priorweek.
• Manage guaranteed hours contracts toprevent unnecessary top-up payments.
• Overseeannual leave requests to maintain servicecontinuity.

Recruitment&Engagement

• Maintainclose contact with Care Professionals through calls and regularmeetings.
• Schedule refresher training to meetCQC and contractual requirements.
• Collaboratewith Recruitment to advertise vacancies and source candidates tosupport branchgrowth.

Reporting

• Escalatecare delivery concerns to the Business Manager and Clinical CareManager.
• Monitor ECM to track visit timings anddurations, addressing any issues.
• Accuratelycode canceled hours and maintain digital records for invoicingcompliance.
• Report Care Professional absencesfor absence management.
• Provide thoroughhandovers for the Out of Hours team.
• Ensureshift reconciliation for accurate payrollprocessing.

Qualifications

Essential

• Previous CareCoordinator experience
• Excellent attention todetail
• Excellent time management andcommunication skills
• A true problem solver andable to think outside of thebox
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to acton your initiative.
• To be organised andflexible

Desirable

• NVQ/QCFCare at Level 3 or be willing to work towards thisqualification
• Be prepared toundertake other training that would benefit you in therole.
