Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: 11.90 per hour (weekdays), 12.40 per hour (weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Days or Nights Available)
Shift Times: 7am to 8pm / 8pm to 7am

Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding role? We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to join our team at a specialist nursing home providing high-quality dementia care.

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents, supporting them with their daily needs in a kind and respectful manner. You will help create a safe and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care, support, and companionship to residents
• Assisting with daily activities, including dressing, washing, and meal assistance
• Supporting residents with dementia in maintaining their independence and dignity
• Working closely with the nursing team to deliver care plans
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous experience in a care or dementia setting is a plus, but not essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and commitment to delivering high-quality care
