What You ll Be Doing:

• New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new customers in line with the company s strategic growth plans.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the senior sales team to implement and deliver key sales strategies across product categories.
• Key Account Handover: Successfully mobilise and manage new customer accounts before transitioning to the Account Management team.
• Market Networking: Attend industry conferences and events to build valuable connections with potential clients.
• Proposal & Tender Creation: Prepare compelling business proposals, collaborating with teams across commercial support, finance, and distribution.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed activity reports and drive results, ensuring targets for revenue and gross margins are met.

• Industry Expertise: Significant experience in the foodservice or wholesale sector, with a proven track record of winning profitable business.
• Sales Drive: A proactive, tenacious approach to securing and managing new business opportunities.
