Our client is a leading UK based Insurance intermediary. Due to growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join their Business Change Division in Newcastle. Reporting into the Director of IT and Lead BA you will be responsible for the following:
Review Efficiency opportunities within core areas of the client
Form part of the Efficiencies steering group
Business Case documentation
Analysis, interpretation of and documentation of business/system requirements in relation to Efficiency category projects.
Engage with stakeholders, investigate, analyse and document business/system requirements.
Business process and system process mapping as-is, to-be (Visio diagrams)
Project management / Programme management
Test script authoring and Test Plans production
User support, training, handover, and post-implementation support
Attending regular project update meetings within IT and relevant Efficiencies steering group meetings / Joint Change Committee meetings
Aid in the management and governance of the company change request process
Produce regular reports to stakeholders in relation to Efficiencies work programme and projects within
Ideally you will have the following:
Industry certifications applicable to the role such as ISEB Business Analysis, Project management certifications or specific software skills that applicable
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent e.g. Performance Analyst in a Business Process Unit or Efficiencies team.
