Job: Building Surveyor. Kent

My client are looking for an exceptional candidate to join their growing team. Keen to look at Building Surveyors who are sitting the APC or more established MRICS Surveyors.

Carrying out the full spectrum of project and professional services including project management, contract administration, dilapidation, landlord and tenant advice, pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence on a range of commercial property.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to really grow within their role and to be a part of an established office that can offer an excellent working environment and a supportive, enthusiastic team. This opportunity will allow someone to gain a wealth of experience, develop their career a whilst working on some extremely exciting projects.
