Building Manager

We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a substantial commercial office building in Central London, spanning over 200,000 square feet. This is a high-responsibility role that requires an individual with a proven track record in building management, budget control, and delivering excellence in tenant and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building Management: Oversee the daily operations of the commercial office building, ensuring all services run smoothly.
• Budget Control: Manage a 3 million annual service charge budget, optimizing expenditure without compromising service quality.
• Team Supervision: Supervise on-site staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to high standards and safety protocols.
• Tenant Relations: Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handover Stage: Collaborate with the outgoing building manager for a smooth transition into the role.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a building management role, preferably in large-scale commercial properties.
• Financial Acumen: Strong budget management experience, capable of overseeing a large-scale service charge.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Professional Demeanour: Able to handle tenant concerns professionally, efficiently, and with a high level of service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Location: Based on-site in Central London
