Description

• Overseeing the financial transactions of the company within the property industry.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of invoices, payments and expenditures.
• Preparing financial reports for internal use.
• Leading the Accounting & Finance team to deliver high-quality results.
• Managing the company’s payroll system.
• Assisting with budget preparations and audits.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
• Communicating financial information to non-financial colleagues when necessary.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

• A strong academic background in accounting or finance.
• Experience leading a team in an accounting or finance department.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
• A deep understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex financial information.
• Experience in the property industry would be advantageous.
