Description

• Lead and manage audit engagements to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive learning environment
• Review and analyse financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Contribute to the development of audit processes and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management
• Participate in the firm’s continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

A successful Audit Senior should have:

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
• 2 years’ post qualification experience within a multi-partner firm
• At least 40% audit exposure in previous role
• Strong technical skills in auditing and financial reporting
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and client management skills
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality
