You will be responsible for undertaking a duel Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role on large Residential projects of £5m – £150+ in value this will include the agreement of final accounts, provision of general cost and contractual advice.

This role offers the opportunity to come into the practice at an Associate Director level benefiting from an excellent basic salary along with 26 days annual holiday, pension, private healthcare and a performance related bonus
