Role Overview
The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for helping to manage and coordinate the following key areas:
Internals
First fix to handover
Managing subcontractors such as drylining, carpentry and M&E
Reporting directly into the senior site manager
This role will require someone with previous experience managing internal packages, the project is a 350 unit development and will be made up of several RC frame blocks.

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in managing external packages.
Trade or degree educated ideally
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to oversee multiple aspects of the internal works
Previous experience working with developer/ main contractor or major projects is highly beneficial.
