Rate: £400-£450 day umbrella
Contract Length: 6 months

This is an exciting position to be involved client side on HS2 working on the non operational land and assets. The stock is predominately residential but will also include agricultural and commercial.

My client is looking for a junior property manager who has excellent coordination, project management and administrative skills.

Job Role:
1. Reviewing supplier recommendations – for lettings, repairs, refurbishments
2. Hand over for instruction of assets – construction handover program
3. CEMAR – coordinating and managing those communications

This role would suit some one at the AssocRICS level.
