We are retained by a bespoke manufacturer and supplier of specialist HVAC solutions, who due to continued success, are seeking to recruit a professional Area Sales Manager to join their AHU Division.

The Role
Our Clients are looking for an experienced sales professional to manage existing accounts and to build new business within the M & E Consultants and Contractors across the South East, with the potential to build their own team in the coming months.
Reporting To
Head of Sales
Key responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a business plan for Key Account development
* To visit all contacts on the company database on a regular basis
* Ensure all leads are followed up
* To develop productive and strong business relationships through the H & V network across the South East
* Organise and complete technical presentations as and when required
* To inform and present all new and existing products and services to all customers to aid in specification and order of all products
Experience/Skills
* Knowledge & experience of working within the HVAC industry
* Experience of dealing within the Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Commercial and numerous other sectors would be advantageous
* Technical knowledge of Air Handling Units is essential
* Full UK licence

Qualifications required
Ideally, the successful candidate will be educated to HNC level, but is not essential; you must be able to demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience in selling/dealing with M & E Contractors
