Job: Area Lettings Manager (PRS & Estate Agency Sector)

Location: Kent
Salary: Package OTE 75-80K

As a Lettings Area Manager, you will lead and oversee the management of multiple lettings branches and be responsible for your own branch. You will be responsible for your cluser of offices and their colleagues within your region. Your goal will be to meet and exceed performance and financial targets by fostering engagement and collaboration among your teams.

This is an opportunity to join the Senior Management Team within our clients’ business at an exciting time. Your role will involve:

• Coaching, developing, and effectively managing all employees to ensure optimal performance across the board.
• Maximising employee engagement through action planning, proactive recruitment, minimising attrition, and driving retention within your teams.
• Managing, monitoring, and reporting on the region’s performance against agreed key financial business indicators and performance metrics to ensure income targets are met.
• Taking appropriate action with branches trading at a loss or below budget.
• Significantly growing market share by adopting proactive working processes and identifying business growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrable experience of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Experience as a valued member of high-performing teams within a highly customer-centric service or retail industry.
• Proven ability to influence, shape, and lead meaningful change.
• Inspirational leadership ability, with approachability and humility.
• Significant levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure.
