Our client, a highly reputable architectural practice, are seeking a talented Architect to join their expanding team to work on a range of projects within their Canterbury Studio.

The successful Architect will evidence keen attention to detail and high-quality examples of work. Architect Position Overview

• Delivery of architectural projects through all work / RIBA stages
• Work on an exciting range of conservation / historic buildings
• Occasional site visits
• Submission of planning / building regs
• Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
• Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
• Participate in team meetings

Architect Position Requirements

• ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect with 1 + years’ experience within the UK
• Excellent design and drawing skills
• Experience or enthusiasm working with historic buildings
• Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
• Have the ability to work successfully within a team
• Personable, confident and with a strong sense of team spirit
• Competent in technical detailing
• Knowledge of Revit highly advantageous, although training can be provided for those without knowledge of the software

Architect Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary £35,000 – £40,000 DOE
