We are currently representing an award-winning Architectural practice based around the Tonbridge, Kent area that is actively looking for an Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect to develop their career within a talented, design-led team.

Our client specialises within several sectors including Commercial, Office Space, Education and Residential sectors, projects are mainly medium / large sized developments and value up to £25 million. It is essential for the Architect to have professional experience within at least one of these sectors. Key responsibilities will include working throughout all RIBA Stages, preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, provide architectural solutions, working closely with clients as well as ensure projects are completed to a high standard. The Architect will be using Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign on a daily basis so professional experience with these software’s is highly advantageous.

This Architectural Practice prides themselves on the service they provide to their clients. The successful Architect will be expected to have previous client facing experience as well as excellent communication skills.

Architect Position Overview

Working on a range of developments within the Residential, Commercial and Education sectors
Working throughout all RIBA Stages
Prepare and review architectural drawings
Provide architectural solutions
Work closely with clients
Use Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign on a daily basis
Attend site visits
Liaise with clients and other building professionals

Architect Position Requirements

Living in or around the Tonbridge, Kent area
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Relevant Degree Qualified; minimum 2 years professional experience
Client facing experience
Experience within either Residential, Commercial or Education developments
Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
Excellent knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign
Excellent communication skills

Architect Position Remuneration

Salary; £35k – £45k (DOE)
Holiday; 23 Days + Bank Holidays
