Salary: 20,000- 25,000

Hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday – 9.00-5.00

The Role

We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a well-organised, driven Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the agency by providing support to team members and managers.

Responsibilities:

• Creating client research documents and sales pack preparation

• Supporting credit control

• Supporting file checks and compliance

• Answer and redirect phone calls

• Call centre handover tasks

• Distribute incoming emails by creating cases for the customer Service team

• Order office stationery and supplies

• Successfully complete all internal and external required training programmes

• Complete required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours

• Ensure that all internal and regulatory compliance measures are accurately met

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to manage own workload and to work effectively under pressure

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• The ability to adapt and adjust in a busy environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, and OneDrive
