Nuco are currently looking for a Administrator/works co Ordinator for one of our social housing contractors.

Main Duties:

• Creating, raising and issuing PO’s to sub-contractors.
• Updating tracker sheet.
• Producing manual construction phase plans.
• Timesheets.
• Assisting Contracts Manager/Supervisor with all day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be able to plan and prioritise.
• Financial awareness.

• Great attention to detail.
