Pertemps are recruiting for a temporary administrator to join a manufacturing company based in Andover. This position is going to be working Monday to Friday from 22nd July for 6 weeks.
Responsibilities: – Receiving customers’ orders via email and entering them onto ERP system (JD Edwards Enterprise One) – Checking customers’ orders are within their credit limits and if needed processing pro-forma invoices for customers to pay in advance. – Sending customers order acknowledgements via email. – Scanning customer order packs and saving onto our drive. – Speaking to customers on the phone. – Checking warehouse stock levels for customers. – Liaising with the warehouse ref despatch of customer orders. – Checking despatch of orders from our German factory with me. – Printing customer invoices and matching them with order packs.
Requirements: – Available immediately. – Strong customer service and administration experience. – Self sufficient and a team player as you will be working in a small team. – Able to commit to the 6-week assignment.
The role: – Based in Portway Industrial Estate. – Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm. – 12.50 – 13.00 per hour depending on experience. – Weekly pay.
