A construction company based in Dartford are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in their busy offices. Due to the location you will be required to have your own transport as it is not accessible via public transport.
Duties
Providing full administration support to management
Processing invoices
Raising purchase orders
Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to
Ordering office supplies such as stationary and uniform
General duties as required by management
Experience
Previous experience working within a busy office is essential
Good IT skills with knowledge of all MS office packages
Knowledge of Xero beneficial
Ability to prioritise workload
Strong organisational skills
